Yeyian warrants its gaming PCs and parts against defects in workmanship or materials for the period specified in the warranty from the original date of invoice. During this period, Yeyian will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at Yeyian's discretion without charge to you. All original defective parts replaced by Yeyian or its authorized service centers become the property of Yeyian. You are responsible for payment of any service or repair not covered by this warranty.

Yeyian makes no other warranty, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, an implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity to any representation or description, with respect to the computer other than as set forth below. continuation. Warranty conditions

Yeyian's Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

  1. This warranty extends only to Yeyian gaming computers and is effective only if products are purchased and operated in the US (including Alaska and Hawaii).
  2. In the event your computer is returned to Yeyian for repair – if no defect in materials or workmanship is found, you will be responsible for return shipping and current labor charges.
  3. This warranty covers normal use of the computer only. Yeyian shall not be liable under this warranty if any damage or defect results from (i) misuse, abuse, neglect, improper shipping or installation; (ii) disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, or inadequate electrical current; or (iii) service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized representative of Yeyian.
  4. Yeyian and its Authorized Service Centers do not accept any responsibility for any software programs, data or information stored on any media or any part of any product returned for repair to Yeyian Gaming, its distributors, resellers, or Authorized Service Centers.
  5. Yeyian does not make any express or implied warranties with respect to third party software (not Yeyian Gaming).
  6. You must retain your invoice or sales receipt to receive warranty service.
  7. The computer serial number must be intact and clearly identifiable.
  8. No warranty extension will be granted for replacement parts provided to the purchaser pursuant to this warranty.
  9. All pre-installed software programs are licensed to customers under the terms and conditions of the non-Yeyian software vendor provided with the packages.
  10. This warranty does not cover any third party software or virus related issues.
  11. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not include open software, parts, special-order merchandise, and shipping & handling fees.
