WARRANTY INFORMATION
Yeyian warrants its gaming PCs and parts against defects in workmanship or materials for the period specified in the warranty from the original invoice date. During this period, Yeyian will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts at its discretion at no charge to you. All defective original parts replaced by Yeyian or its authorized service centers become the property of Yeyian. You are responsible for paying for any service or repair not covered by this warranty.
Yeyian makes no other warranty, whether implied or express, including, but not limited to, an implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity with any representation or description, with respect to the computer, except as set forth below. Yeyian makes no warranty or representation, implied or express, regarding any third-party products or documentation, their quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or conformity with any representation or description.
Except as provided below, Yeyian is not responsible for any expense, cost or loss, inconvenience or damage that may result from the use of or inability to use the computer. Under no circumstances will Yeyian be liable for any loss, expense, cost or loss, inconvenience or damage in excess of the purchase price of the computer.
This warranty set forth below is in lieu of and exclusive of all other warranties, oral or written, express or implied. No employee, reseller or distributor is authorized to make any modifications, extensions or additions to this warranty.

Warranty conditions
The Yeyian Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
- This warranty extends only to Yeyian gaming computers and is effective only if the products are purchased and operated in Spain.
- For this guarantee to be valid, it is necessary to present the defective product and this original policy completed and sealed by the distributor who made the sale or the invoice, receipt or proof of purchase at the place where the purchased product was located or at the National Center of Service.
- Yeyian may use new, reconditioned or undamaged parts to repair or replace any product at no additional cost to the consumer if the warranty period stated in the current policy has not expired.
- If the product cannot be repaired, it would be exchanged for a similar product or with better features.
- Repair time will not exceed 30 days from the date of receipt of the product by Yeyian or our Authorized Service Centers.
- Yeyian will cover the shipping costs required for the presentation of the product within our Authorized Service Centers.
Yeyian will not make this policy valid in the following cases:
1. When the product has been used under conditions other than its normal use.
2. When the product has not been operated in accordance with the instructions that were included with the product.
3. When the product has been used, altered or repaired by unauthorized Yeyian personnel.

Yeyian guarantees this product in all its components and workmanship for the period indicated in the table above, from the date of purchase, against any defects in manufacturing and functionality of the product during normal and domestic use.
Yeyian guarantees the buyer any anomaly of manufacturing and operation, including parts, components or materials of the product.
All products purchased before September 2021 have a 1-year warranty.
New warranty policies apply to purchases after October 1, 2021.
