Shipping with Cost.

All orders are shipped within 24 business hours (except holidays). All customers receive a tracking number so they can track their package throughout its transit time.

Orders within the Hiberian Peninsula will be free of shipping costs. For France, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Luxembourg, shipping will be free of charge from 50 Euros.

Important Notice: For the insurance to be valid, we remind you to verify your merchandise upon receipt, validating the following information:

• Product packaging in good condition.
• Seals and packaging without deteriorating.
• Verify that the guide number received matches that of your order and sign received.

If any of the above conditions is NOT met, the customer must reject the package and notify a YEYIAN representative within 24 hours on our website or by email gamers34@yeyiangaming.com, informing about the conditions and situation of the shipment to apply to the pertinent insurance or guarantee according to our policies. Once the delivery is signed, YEYIAN will consider the delivery closed and no subsequent claims will be accepted.
