COMMUNITY MANAGER – SOCIAL MEDIA

Overview:

We are looking for someone with a drive for social media and influencer management. An entrepreneurial Community Manager who can bring skills and passion to a dynamic and evolving industry and identify brand partners across social channels. To be successful, you effectively combine creativity, technology, and data to drive our social media efforts forward. Community Manager will develop and refine strategies, brainstorm, and execute unique ideas, and present results on performance.

Task and Responsibilities:

  1. 2 years proven work experience in gaming or technology industry
  2. Excellent knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Vero, Tik-Tok, key international channels and potential new channels.
  3. Excellent knowledge of paid strategies, tactics, and technologies including paid social prospecting and retargeting.
  4. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, organic SEO, Video SEO, and paid SEO.
  5. Drive innovation in our approach, voice and tone, content and usage of social platforms.
  6. Expertise in identifying and understanding social trends and how to use them.
  7. Proven record of creating impactful creative ideas.
  8. Data driven, ability to analyze and understand data and gather insights for new ideas. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, Later or other web analytics tools preferred.
  9. Manage gift and paid influencer campaigns, via direct partnership or through third-party platforms, including managing contract negotiations, strategy briefing, and content creation approvals
  10. Build relationships with influencer and celebrity talent agencies/PR teams to grow brand reach and identify opportunities for partnership.
  11. Develop larger-scale plans for influencer outreach and ambassador programs.
  12. Ability and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.
  13. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  14. Demonstrated ability to write creative content for newsletters and social media.
  15. Develop and execute email blast campaigns.
  16. Proven track record of growing brand new accounts, fostering genuine communities, and collaborating with ads, design, copywriter, email etc.
  17. Ability to efficiently organize, prioritize and track numerous tasks and deliverables often involving multiple contributors, and clients.
  18. Build and execute a digital marketing strategy for multiple accounts through competitive research, benchmarking and best practices using a conversion focused approach.
  19. Oversee the day-to-day management of social media campaigns. Includes creation of campaigns, creative assets, stories, scheduling
  20. Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.

  2. Motivated, organized, self-sufficient, and takes initiative
  3. Witty humor - looking for a caption king or queen
  4. Knowledge of gaming community or be gamer themselves
  5. Excellent copywriting skills
  6. Excellent graphic design skills
  7. Knowledge of online marketing channels
  8. Excellent communication skills
  9. Analytical and multitasking skills
  10. Production experience is a bonus

This person may be requested to design or revise graphics for the following materials:

  1. Company website
  2. Technical or promotional flyers or brochures
  3. Print advertisements
  4. Digital advertisements
  5. Social media posts
  6. Images used in videos
  7. Email blast
  8. Presentations
  9. Amazon infographics
  10. Assist in basic video creation or editing

GRAPHIC DESIGN

  1. Help establish or implement creative direction of visual identity
  2. Layout graphic artwork adaptable to various formats
  3. Illustrate icons, infographics, logos, and other graphics
  4. Develop ads and banners to power user engagement across digital channels (email, social media, paid media, etc)
  5. Layout print materials, such as datasheets, whitepapers, and literature handouts
  6. Maintain consistent file organization, naming and archiving structures
  7. Maintain file consistency and quality for print and digital media
  8. Stock Image research and inventory
  9. Generate Amazon infographics in Spanish and English
  10. Review designs for production before sending for review and printing or publishing them
  11. Collaborate with a global marketing team to distribute content via multiple channel

PHOTOGRAPHY EDITING

  1. Help with photo editing, clipping paths and color adjustment according to the needs of the department.
  2. Export images for the different format
  3. Image library coordination
  4. Create digital display ads for a variety of audiences and networks

DIGITAL EDITING

  1. Support the team with the supervision of the correct use of materials
  2. Support by developing artwork according to established templates for web and digital media
  3. Reproduction of arts into different sizes for web banners.
  4. Support the supervision of product assets and design on the website
